This project is located on Dongfeng East Road, Guangzhou City, and is a newly built jewelry exhibition and office complex building with a construction area of 20082 square meters. The 18 floors above ground are 13640 square meters, and the underground two floors are 6442 square meters. After the reduction of the new office building, it will be connected and renovated with the original 18 story old office building. Through structural reinforcement and overall design of the external curtain wall, a new comprehensive office building of 34082 square meters will be built.
